Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a safe and highly effective technique that uses very thin, sterile needles, approximately the size of a human hair, to stimulate the body’s energy system (meridians) by using specific points on the body. This technique improves the flow of energy (Qi) in the body, which can restore health by bringing the body back into balance. Benefits include: reduction of pain, improved sleep, better digestion, renewed energy, and a greater sense of health and well-being.
Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide range of conditions:
- Pain
- Digestive difficulties
- Emotional Issues
- Reproductive conditions
- Cardiovascular problems
- Addictions
- Breathing problems
- Supportive therapy for cancer treatment
An Acupuncture treatment can be accompanied by other Chinese medical therapies such as: Chinese herbal therapy, Chinese nutritional therapy, and Tui na (Chinese bodywork). For more information on these therapies and more, please visit: www.nccaomdiplomates.com/vitalspirit.

Afterwards, Christine traveled to Thailand where she learned Thai massage and experienced acupuncture with a compassionate practitioner of Chinese medicine who inspired her. When she returned to the states, Christine finished her Doctor of Philosophy in Metaphysics with the American Institute of Holistic Theology.
While working for Adelante Development Center, Inc. and caring for individuals with severe disabilities, she began her training at Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After four years of intensive study, Christine completed her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and also received her Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
She and her family recently moved to Colorado and are excited to settle down in such a beautiful place.
